Blowing Bubbles

Room 2 went outside to blow bubbles. They shone with rainbow colours. They floated up, up into the

sky. Then they went pop, pop, pop!

Blowing Bubbles

In Room 2 we went  outside to blow bubbles. The bubbles went up, up, up, into the sky. They were shining in the bright sun.

Why Littering At the Beach is Bad?

Learning Goal: We are learning to write a persuasive text.
Success criteria: I know I can do this when I can express my point of view and support it with evidence.

I believe that littering at the beach is nasty. When people leave their old fishing nets in the sea the turtles get tangled in it and they die. The plastic bags are horrible because it get stuck over the heads of the turtles and other sea creatures . They suffocate and die.
I believe that people should pick up their rubbish and take it home. We need a clean and safe beach for everyone to enjoy.

I believe that littering at the beach is nasty.  When people throw their plastic bags at the beach the get stuck over the heads of the sea creatures. They suffocate and die. The fishing lines and fishing nets get tangled around their neck. They will drown and die.
I suggest that people should show respect to our environment by taking their rubbish home.

I believe that littering at the beach is gross. When you throw ropes at the beach the sea creatures will get tangled and they will die. The plastic bags are nasty because they get stuck over the heads of the turtles and dolphins. They suffocated and die.
I suggest that everyone should take their rubbish home after they use the beach.
