The Noisy Traffic

Learning goal: We are learning to write a descriptive text.

Success criteria: We can do this when we can use describing  words.

The road near our school is busy. Some cars are speeding like racing cars. The thundering noise of trucks and the motorbikes hurt my ears sometimes. I can smell the smoky engine as the cars roar past. The smoke gets in my mouth. It tastes like petrol. The big heavy trucks shake the ground like an earthquake. It is noisy sometimes.
